A few things you need to know to go…your questions answered
Question: How do I schedule my flight to help with the house build? Answer: Book your flights into SanDiego on the first and last dates for each build. Ex: Five day housebuild June 17-21. You fly into SanDiego on June 17 and fly out on June 21. We will pick you up from the airport the day you fly in and take you back to the airport the day you fly out.
Please try to book your flight out sometime in the late afternoon or evening.
Question: How much does a house build cost? Answer: The five day house builds cost $295 per person. This includes your application fee ($75), housing food and transportation to and from the airport.
It does not include your airfare to SanDiego.
Question: When are my fees due? Answer: The $75 is due when you send in your application. The $220 for the housebuild is due June 7 for Homes of Hope 11 and June 28 for Homes of Hope III
Question: Exactly what is the other option, the Mission Adventures Program? Answer: The Mission Adventures Program hosts hundreds of students each summer. Youth groups and students from all over the country hang and work together for an incredible international experience. It involves two days of spastic worship and teaching along with ministry preparation which usually includes drama and music. Then you head out for two days of ministry which can include: a house build, working in an orphanage, or heading to parks and other areas. It is a blast.

Question: The Mission Adventures costs how much? Answer: $595 per person which includes your housing, food, and transportation to and from the airport.
It does not include you airfare to SanDiego where you will be picked up and dropped off for your flights.
Question: How do I start the process if I want to join you guys on a house build or with Mission Adventures? Answer: Contact us at: rayfamily@sbcglobal.net You will need to fill out an application with the usual information: name, address, dates you want to join us on ect.

Question: What do I have to have to go? Answer: A up-to-date passport, current tetnus, hepatitus B shots and a completed application. Oh and a lot of enthusiasm, it is really an incredible thing to build a house for someone in need.
